You can enjoy 1.25 acres of the pristine villa just for yourself. We only rent it to one group at a time.

It is just a 5 minutes walk to the beach from our villa.

We have a kitchen in the villa which is equipped with basic ingredients including a refrigerator (and freezer), gas-stove and clean cutlery/utensils.

We have free parking available inside the premises of our villa. We will also give you a key to the main gate once you arrive.

You can hear different sounds across the day – from birds tweeting early morning to the waves crashing at night. Nature at it’s best and simplest.

The villa is dotted with many casuarina trees  along with coconut trees, cashew trees and also a few mango trees.

We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out if necessary for free

Even though the hammocks would be the perfect place to work with your laptops, you might want to sit in the verandah if you want to be closer to a power-outlet.
